Refund Policy
WoWMortal will only issue a refund if points are availible in the user's account to refund or if there has been an error for example item not sent, wrong item sent etc. If an item has been purchased and the user has received it in game, no refunds will be issued unless the user has enough points in his account.

WoWMortal will not refund under any circumstances if the user does not have points in his account.
To request a refund, the user must contact us using the contact form.

User is referred to the player who is playing in our server.
Item is referred to the virtual/in-game items which is sent through our points system.
Points are referred to points received after making a payment on any gateway from our point system.
Account is referred to the account of the user registered through our website.
